UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED, ALL OF OUR PUPPIES COME WITH A TWO YEAR HEALTH GUARANTEE...AS FOLLOWS....

Your puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at time of sale. Your pup has had one set of vaccinations and has been wormed at least three times as noted below. Your vet will want the information below in order to continue a schedule of health maintenance for your pup.

Take your pup to your vet of choice within 3 business days of pick-up. If your puppy is found to have a major problem at this time which is hereditary and not injury related, it is returnable with a full refund of purchase price. (proper documentation from licensed veterinarian required...seller reserves right to get a second opinion)  Presence of parasites or protozoa is not unusual in puppies of this age and is not considered to be a major problem. A continuing regiment is recommended to eradicate.

We furthermore guarantee for two years against heart conditions or other internal genetic malfunctions not injury related. Your pup is also guaranteed for two years against severe crippling hip dysplasia. If such a condition exists, you must provide breeder with x-rays and letters from two licensed veterinarians stating the problem, and that it is hereditary in nature. A replacement puppy will be given upon receipt of above. This is a one time replacement and no further guarantees are made.

We do not guarantee against infertility or other breeding problems, as our pups are sold and guaranteed as pets. Except as noted above, all sales are final.

*Your puppy is being purchased with an AKC Limited Registration. Your pup cannot compete in AKC shows and any offspring of your pup cannot be registered with AKC. You may still compete in agility and obedience events, as well as dock diving and hunting trials.

A $200 deposit will hold your puppy of choice until it is ready to be picked up at 7 weeks of age. Deposits are non-refundable except in the unlikely event that the pup gets sick, injured or dies.

Deposits are however, transferable to another puppy or another litter, providing that notice is given to seller before puppy is 5 weeks old. Buyer has 365 days from deposit date to choose another puppy. It is buyer's responsibility to check with website or seller to take advantage of this option. After 365 days...the deposit is forfeited. Seller accepts cash, checks, and PayPal.

YOUR PUPPY WILL COME WITH AN AKC REGISTRATION. IT WILL BE EITHER "FULL" OR "LIMITED" ACCORDING TO THE DISCRETION OF THE BREEDER. IF YOU ARE WANTING TO BREED OR SHOW IN AKC CONFORMATION CLASSES...YOU WOULD WANT A FULL REGISTRATION. OTHERWISE...A LIMITED REGISTRATION IS JUST FINE.

IF THE PUPS ARE BEING SOLD WITH "LIMITED" REGISTRATIONS...SOMETIMES THE BREEDER WILL UPGRADE TO A FULL REGISTRATION UPON REQUEST. HOWEVER...THIS WILL RAISE THE PRICE OF THE DOG $100.

ALL PUPPIES PURCHASED MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 5 DAYS OF THEIR 7 WEEK BIRTHDAY,..OR A $5 PER DAY BOARDING FEE WILL APPLY.
